I desperately need HELP!!!!

Good day! My mom has recently purchased a Nokia N70 for me recently, a couple of months back. At first it was great. Plus the package came with a free 1gigabyte memory card! It has pre-installed programs like Quickoffice (including Quickword, Quicksheet, Quickpoint); Adobe Reader; Infoprint; Wizard; and Opera, which I installed and stored in the mememory card. But after some time, it just kept displaying "memory full, delete some data", which was surprising because I had even less than 1megabyte memory used, which meant I still had roughly more than 900megs free. It just doesn't add up. I ended up suspecting that the memory card is defective or something is very wrong with it. Unfortunately, all of those very important programs were installed in the memory card, which meant I would lose all of them, which I regretfully did. Is there any chance that I may bring them back? Can I have them re-installed in my phone or am I doomed to lose them forever? Please, I am in desperate need of your help...

Any help that you may extend is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! God bless!

Sincerely,
Jane
